In March 2026, Harvard Business School (HBS) will host fourteen MBA–related events, comprising six virtual and eight in-person events. Together, these sessions provide prospective applicants with opportunities to learn about Harvard Business School’s MBA and deferred enrollment pathways, while also engaging directly with the campus and the broader business school community.

In-Person Events

The in-person events emphasize on-campus exposure and broader school engagement.

In-Person Events

The in-person events emphasize on-campus exposure and broader school engagement. 

In January, Cornell Johnson is hosting 16 MBA events, comprising 6 virtual events and 10 in-person events. The month is largely centered on Winter Meet & Greet programming, offering prospective students multiple opportunities to engage informally with current MBA students across global locations, alongside a small set of virtual sessions focused on program insights and community-led conversations.

In January 2026, Tuck School of Business hosts six MBA-related events, comprising one virtual event and five in-person events. The month’s programming is designed to support both applicants navigating specific stages of the admissions process and prospective students seeking direct exposure to the Tuck community through campus and city-based engagements.

In January, INSEAD  schedules nine MBA-related events, comprising two virtual events and seven in-person events. Together, these sessions provide prospective candidates with multiple touchpoints to understand the INSEAD MBA, interact with the admissions team, and engage directly with students and alumni across key global locations.

In November 2025, Harvard Business School (HBS) will host a total of 39 events, including 24 in-person events and 15 virtual sessions, designed to engage prospective students worldwide. These events range from classroom experiences and open houses to regional information sessions and virtual chats that offer insights into life at HBS, the admissions process, and the distinctive Case Method learning approach.

In November 2025, Chicago Booth is hosting a total of 12 events, including 6 virtual events and 6 in-person events, offering prospective students multiple ways to explore the Booth MBA experience, connect with admissions representatives, and engage with current students and alumni.

In October 2025, Columbia Business School is hosting 25 MBA events, including 17 virtual events and 8 in-person events. 

Virtual Events

The virtual events provide prospective students with opportunities to engage with Columbia’s admissions team, student clubs, and current MBA students, as well as participate in informational sessions about the program, dual degrees, and inclusion-focused initiatives.

In October 2025, Chicago Booth is hosting 7 MBA events, including 4 virtual events and 3 in-person events. 

In September 2025, Stanford Graduate School of Business (GSB)  will host a total of 8 MBA events, including 3 virtual sessions and 5 in-person events across different U.S. cities.

Virtual Events

The virtual events begin on September 11 with an MBA Information Session, led by a Stanford MBA admissions officer, covering the program, admissions process, and financial aid. 

In September 2025, the Tuck School of Business has scheduled a total of 23 MBA events, consisting of 8 virtual events and 15 in-person events.

In-Person  Events

The in-person events are spread across multiple cities, providing opportunities for personal interaction with admissions representatives, alumni, and current students. 

In August 2025, NYU Stern will host a total of 16 MBA events, including 3 virtual sessions and 13 in-person engagements across multiple global cities.

In August 2025, Columbia Business School will host 39 MBA events, including 4 virtual sessions and 35 in-person events.

Virtual Events

The virtual events focus on providing prospective students with application guidance and insights into the school’s values. 

In August 2025, London Business School (LBS) will host a total of 27 MBA events, comprising 4 virtual sessions and 23 in-person engagements.

Virtual Events

The virtual events provide prospective students worldwide with opportunities to engage with LBS from anywhere. The MBA Overview sessions on August 15 and August 29 offer weekly insights into the MBA programme, admissions procedures, and student life, followed by a Q&A with a Student Ambassador. 

In August 2025, the Wharton MBA program is hosting a total of 17 events, comprising 11 virtual events and 6 in-person events. These events are designed to offer prospective applicants a well-rounded understanding of Wharton’s MBA offerings, including dual-degree programs, application strategies, alumni experiences, and student life.

In-Person Visit

Wharton is also conducting in-person events across several global cities. 

In August 2025, the Tuck School of Business will host a total of 28 MBA events, including 5 virtual events and 23 in-person events.

In-Person  Events

The in-person events span multiple cities across North America and Asia, providing face-to-face networking and program insights. 

In August 2025, the UCLA Anderson School of Management will host a total of 10 MBA events, comprising 9 in-person events and 1 virtual event.

Virtual Events

The virtual event is the MBA Admissions Webinar, Round 1 Applicant Coaching Session on August 26. This session offers prospective students tailored guidance from the UCLA Anderson admissions team on building a strong, competitive application ahead of the Round 1 deadline.

In July 2025, Chicago Booth is hosting a total of 22 MBA events, comprising 11 virtual events and 11 in-person events.

Virtual Events

The virtual events include several “Ask Me Anything: Q&A with Admissions” sessions on July 8, 10, 18, 21, and 23, where prospective students can join small groups to engage directly with Booth’s admissions team and ask candid questions about the MBA experience. 

On July 9, Booth offers The Booth Experience: Hong Kong, connecting prospective students with current students from Hong Kong to discuss Booth life and fit. 

In July 2025, Cornell Business School has scheduled a total of 9 MBA events, comprising 2 virtual events and 7 in-person events.

In July 2025, Columbia Business School is hosting a total of 43 MBA events, comprising 9 virtual events and 32 in-person events.

In July 2025, Stanford Graduate School of Business (GSB) is hosting a total of 38 MBA events, comprising 6 virtual events and 32 in-person events held across various cities around the world. These events aim to provide prospective applicants with insights into the Stanford MBA experience, admissions process, student community, and deferred enrollment options.

INSEAD will host a total of 18 MBA-related events, including 3 virtual and 15 in-person sessions. These events offer prospective students opportunities to learn about the INSEAD MBA program, gain application insights, and engage with alumni and faculty members.

Stanford GSB will host 21 MBA events in April 2025, including 5 in-person and 16 virtual events.

Virtual Events

Virtual events include "Meet an MBA Student" on April 8, 9, 16, 17, 23, 24, 29, and 30, where applicants can connect with GSB students to hear about their experiences. The month concludes with the "MBA Information Session" on April 29, where an admissions officer will cover program details, admissions, and financial aid.
 

In May 2025, the University of Virginia Darden School of Business is organizing a total of 14 MBA events, including 7 virtual sessions and 7 in-person events.

Virtual Events 

The Full-Time MBA Virtual Coffee Chat, led by the assistant director of admissions, provides applicants an opportunity to learn more about Darden’s program and admissions process in an informal setting. This session will be held on May 2 and May 16.
