In November 2025, INSEAD will host seven events, including four in-person and three virtual, giving prospective applicants multiple ways to explore the MBA and MIM programs.
In-Person Events and MBA Tours
The in-person events begin with the MBA & MIM In-Person Consultation in Madrid on 17 November, offering personalised discussions with the admissions team. On 22 November, INSEAD will host an Open Day with a Faculty Masterclass in Fontainebleau, giving attendees academic exposure while exploring the school’s programmes. On 25 November, Riyadh will host an INSEAD Faculty Masterclass featuring Dr. Lite, who will introduce the Strategy Execution Trilogy for navigating strategic complexity. The month concludes with an MBA & MIM Friday Campus Tour on 28 November at the Asia Campus, led by a student ambassador and focused on program insights and campus life.

It is easy to comment, but it is tough to structure the essay from the perspective of the applicant and turn the essay into a winning application essay.

A big part of editing and guiding applicants is in educating them about the culture of the school
Some schools have very ‘specific’ traits that they are looking for in an applicant.
If you don’t highlight them and lean towards general leadership or cultural narratives, the essay won’t work.

Question 1: Provide a summary of your career since graduating from university, explaining the rationale behind your key decisions and career progression. Include a description of your current (or most recent) role, covering the scope of your work, major responsibilities, employees under your supervision, budget size, clients/products, and any notable results achieved. (500 words)
Question 2: Describe your short and long-term career aspirations, including your target geography, industry, and function. How do you plan to bridge the gap between your current position and these goals, and how will INSEAD help you achieve them? (300 words)
Question 3: Give a candid description of yourself as a person and a leader, emphasising the strengths and weaknesses you recognise in yourself. Explain how you are actively working on your development, sharing key experiences that have shaped you, providing specific examples where relevant. (500 words)
Question 4: Describe a highly stressful situation you faced and how you managed it. What did this experience teach you about yourself and your interactions with others? (400 words)
Virtual Events
The virtual events include the MBA Ask Us Anything session on 26 November, where prospective students can interact with staff, students, and alumni in an open Q&A format. On 27 November, INSEAD will host Spotlight on Italy & Greece, a live session featuring MBA and MIM alumni and students who will share regional insights and experiences. The same day also includes the Julie Test Event, an online session listed under INSEAD’s Master Programmes page, open to applicants across multiple programs.
