In August 2025, London Business School (LBS) will host a total of 27 MBA events, comprising 4 virtual sessions and 23 in-person engagements.
Virtual Events
The virtual events provide prospective students worldwide with opportunities to engage with LBS from anywhere. The MBA Overview sessions on August 15 and August 29 offer weekly insights into the MBA programme, admissions procedures, and student life, followed by a Q&A with a Student Ambassador.
On August 20, Beyond the Classroom: Experiential Learning at LBS will showcase how academic theory blends with real-world challenges, featuring speakers from the Global Experiences team, students, and industry partners. That same day, Reaching Out MBA’s Prospective MBA Admissions Summit will connect participants to over 60 MBA programmes, with a focus on the global LGBTQ+ MBA Fellowship network.

It is easy to comment, but it is tough to structure the essay from the perspective of the applicant and turn the essay into a winning application essay.
3) Aligning with the Culture of the School
A big part of editing and guiding applicants is in educating them about the culture of the school
Some schools have very ‘specific’ traits that they are looking for in an applicant.
If you don’t highlight them and lean towards general leadership or cultural narratives, the essay won’t work.

In-Person Events
The in-person events span multiple continents, offering rich networking and first-hand engagement with LBS. The Meet LBS series—designed for prospective students to connect with the Recruitment & Admissions team, learn about the LBS community, and meet alumni—will be held in Bogotá (August 14), Mexico City (August 18), Seoul (August 28), and Tokyo (August 30).

Coffee Chats, offering personalised one-on-one discussions about admissions and career goals, will take place in Mexico City (August 18), Los Angeles (August 18), San Francisco (August 20), Chicago (August 21), Toronto (August 25), New York City (August 26), and Seoul (August 28 & 29).
MBA Group Chats will be hosted in New York City on August 27 for small-group discussions with admissions staff.
The Forté MBA Forum, promoting women’s leadership, will be held in Los Angeles (August 18), San Francisco (August 19), Chicago (August 21), Toronto (August 25), and New York City (August 26).
LBS will also participate in The MBA Tour in Mexico City (August 16) and Toronto (August 23), and in London Business School Lunch networking events in Düsseldorf (August 19) and Frankfurt (August 20). Additional highlights include the Campus Tour in London on August 21 and Meet LBS in Seoul on August 28.
