Overview

June 2026 is the busiest month of the inter-cycle window for Stanford GSB Admissions, with the 23 scheduled events split across a U.S. East and Mountain swing (Philadelphia, New York, Denver, Salt Lake City, Nashville), a full Asia-Pacific tour (Tokyo, Seoul, Bangkok, Singapore), one European stop (London), and five virtual sessions.

Eight events are run by Stanford GSB directly as information sessions, application workshops, or small-group admissions chats; four are Tuck-hosted Top Business Schools panels at peer-school venues; one is a Chicago Booth-hosted virtual panel; and one is the GMAC-run MBA Tour Philadelphia[1].

June falls in a post-application window for the 2025-2026 cycle.

Round 3 closed on April 7, 2026, and Round 3 decisions were released on May 28, 2026[2].

The 2026-2027 application is expected to open later in summer 2026.

Most of the Asia-Pacific stops are designed for prospective applicants planning to apply within the next one to two cycles, with the MBA/MSx Application Workshops covering the application process in detail and the Information Sessions covering the broader Stanford MBA Program[1]

No on-campus events are scheduled in June because Stanford GSB Campus Visit Days operate only during the academic year (October through May).

In-Person Events

On-Campus:No on-campus events are scheduled in June 2026. Stanford GSB Campus Visit Days operate only during the academic year (October through May).

Class visit assignments are allocated on the day of the event, and registration fills quickly. Prospective applicants planning a campus visit should target the October 2026 reopening of the program[1]

U.S. Regional - East and Mountain swing: Six U.S. off-campus events spread across Philadelphia, New York, Denver, Salt Lake City, and Nashville are scheduled.

The Tuck-hosted Top Business Schools series stops at the Wharton School in Philadelphia on June 8, at the Daniels College of Business in Denver on June 22, and at the David Eccles School of Business in Salt Lake City on June 23, each feature Stanford and other top business schools on a panel followed by a networking reception.

Stanford GSB Admissions also runs an in-person information session in New York on June 9 (registration is closed), and a small-group admissions officer chat in Nashville on June 23.

The MBA Tour Philadelphia on June 9 is a separate GMAC-organized multi-school fair where Stanford is among the participating programs[1]

International - Europe: One European event.

On June 8, Stanford GSB Admissions runs an in-person MBA/MSx Information Session in London from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM BST (registration is currently waitlisted)[1]

International - Asia-Pacific tour: Eleven Asia-Pacific events cover Tokyo, Seoul, Singapore, and Bangkok.

Tokyo hosts three sessions over three days: a college and graduate student information session at the Ito International Research Center in Bunkyo on June 11, a general information session in Chiyoda on June 12, and an application workshop in Shibuya on June 13 (waitlisted).

Seoul follows with an information session on June 15 (waitlisted) and an application workshop on June 16 (closed).

Singapore runs a Meet an MBA Student session on June 16, a full information session on June 22, and two back-to-back Meet an MBA Admissions Officer chats on June 23.

Bangkok pairs a morning information session and an afternoon application workshop on the same day, June 20[1]

Virtual Events

There are five virtual sessions scheduled for June 2026[1]

First Fridays with GSB Admissions (June 5):9:00 AM to 9:45 AM PT. The recurring monthly First Fridays session features Erin Nixon, Assistant Dean of GSB Admissions.

Each month, a different member of the admissions team hosts; this session offers a 45-minute window for applicant questions and an inside view of the admissions process[1]

Meet an Admissions Officer - Regional and Industry chats (June 8 and June 18): Two small-group sessions with Stanford MBA admissions officers, each focused on a specific applicant segment.

The June 8 session at 3:00 PM PT is for applicants from Latin America; the June 18 session at 9:00 AM PT is for applicants from manufacturing and supply chain backgrounds

Meet an MBA Alum (June 13):8:30 PM to 9:15 PM JST (Tokyo time). Small-group session hosted by a Stanford MBA alum based in Tokyo, focused on the immersive living and learning experience and post-MBA career path rather than the admissions process[1]

Top Business Schools Present: The Value of an MBA (June 17): 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM PT.

Chicago Booth-hosted virtual panel features Stanford and other leading programs on post-MBA outcomes, career impact, and the value proposition of the MBA[1]

Notes on the June 2026 Admissions Cycle

• The 2025-2026 application cycle has closed. Round 3 deadline was April 7, 2026, with decisions released May 28, 2026; Round 2 closed January 7, 2026 with decisions April 2, 2026; Round 1 closed September 9, 2025 with decisions December 10, 2025[2].

• The 2026-2027 application is expected to open in summer 2026. Deferred enrollment applicants (current college seniors) may apply in any of the three rounds[2][3]

• Stanford accepts both the GMAT and GRE with no minimum score. The application uses two essays (What matters most to you, and why? at 650 words; Why Stanford? at 400 words) and includes optional short-answer questions[2]

• Interviews are conducted by invitation only and Stanford does not publish a date by which candidates can expect an invitation[2]

• Five events in this month's schedule have status flags on the Stanford portal: London (June 8) and Tokyo Application Workshop (June 13) are waitlisted, allowing registration with no guaranteed seat; Seoul Information Session (June 15) is waitlisted; New York (June 9) and Seoul Application Workshop (June 16) have registration closed[1].

• All 23 events listed in this document require advance registration. The Asia-Pacific tour spans June 11 through June 23 and is the only in-person admissions engagement window in Asia-Pacific in 2026 outside of the academic-year Campus Visit Day program[1]

How to Register and Visit

Event registration: each event has its own registration page on the Stanford GSB applicant portal (or on Tuck, Booth, or GMAC's portals for partner-hosted events). The Register links in the schedule table above open the specific registration form for each event.

Waitlisted or closed events: events flagged as waitlisted on Stanford's portal accept registrations but do not guarantee a seat; closed events do not accept new registrations. Alternative formats in the same region during the same window may have capacity (e.g., the Tokyo college and graduate session on June 11 has capacity even though the June 13 application workshop is waitlisted).

Campus visits: GSB Campus Visit Days run October through May during the academic year, allocated most Mondays and Fridays. Class visit assignments are prepared on the day of the event and capacity is limited; sign up for only one Campus Visit Day per cycle. Plan ahead for the October 2026 reopening.

Asia-Pacific candidates: the Information Session format covers the Stanford MBA Program and admissions process at an overview level, while the Application Workshop format is designed for candidates one to two cycles out and goes deeper on the application itself.

The Meet an MBA Student and Meet an MBA Admissions Officer formats are small-group informal Q&A. Select the format that matches your applicant stage.

Deferred enrollment candidates: current college seniors interested in deferred enrollment may apply in any round and should review the Stanford GSB Deferred Enrollment program details before applying[3].

Campus location: Stanford Graduate School of Business, 655 Knight Way, Stanford, CA 94305. Stanford GSB does not arrange or provide transportation, reimburse travel costs, or sponsor visas for international travel to events[1]
