In November 2025, Harvard Business School (HBS) will host a total of 39 events, including 24 in-person events and 15 virtual sessions, designed to engage prospective students worldwide. These events range from classroom experiences and open houses to regional information sessions and virtual chats that offer insights into life at HBS, the admissions process, and the distinctive Case Method learning approach.
In-Person Events
The in-person events provide immersive opportunities for candidates to experience HBS culture both on campus and across global locations. The recurring Experience the HBS Case Method: Class Visit, scheduled for 6, 7, 10, 13, 14, 17, 20, 21, and 24 November, allows visitors to observe live classroom sessions and gain firsthand insight into the dynamic, discussion-based learning environment.
The MBA Program Open House on 7, 14, and 21 November offers guided tours, student interactions, and program briefings by the admissions team.
Meanwhile, the HBS Information Sessions are being held in multiple cities, including New York City (5 November), UCLA (10 November), University of Southern California (11 November), Manila (11 November), Vanderbilt (12 November), University of San Francisco (13 November), Nashville (13 November), University of Washington (17 November), Seattle (18 November), and San Francisco (20 November), each giving candidates the opportunity to connect with local alumni and learn about the MBA program in person. Additionally, Insight into Deferred Enrollment MBA Programs will take place in Los Angeles (12 November) and Berkeley (13 November), featuring admissions representatives from leading schools, including HBS, discussing early admission pathways.

Several sessions are tailored to specific applicant communities, such as Life at HBS Chat with the Greater China Club on 7 November, Students from Pakistan on 9 November, Armed Forces Alumni Association on 12 November, and Africa Business Club on 15 November, offering perspectives on student experiences and community engagement.
