Stanford MBA Events - July 2024

In July 2024, Stanford Graduate School of Business (GSB) will host a total of 32 events, among which there will be 11 Online and 21 Off-Campus events.

Climate Change and Sustainability

The virtual events will begin with "Your Career in Climate, Energy, and Sustainability" on July 1, where students can hear from alumni in these sectors. 

Technology and Product Management

On July 9, "Your Career in Tech and Product Management" will feature alumni from the tech and product management sectors. 

Stanford MBA Events - June 2024

Stanford MBA has a lineup of 32 events for June 2024, featuring sessions designed to engage prospective students both in-person and virtually. 

Out of these, 15 events will be conducted virtually, while 17 will be held in various cities across the globe.

On June 3, the GSB Global Community will host a virtual session focused on Latin America, followed by an MBA/MSx Information Session in London, offering insights from GSB alumni and admissions staff.

BOLD Fellows fund: Stanford MBA's Fund for Low-Income Family

The main aim of the BOLD Fellows Fund is to provide financial assistance to students facing socio-economic hardships and further establish Stanford’s commitment to advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion.

The fund is a part of the IDEAL (Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, Access in a Learning environment) initiative that Stanford started in 2018 and began addressing with a strategic plan since 2021. 

The students admitted to the Stanford MBA program are only eligible for this fellowship program. 

What are the MBA Joint Degree programs offered at the Stanford Campus?

With 5% of the Stanford MBA Class opting for multiple academic disciplines along with the MBA program, dual and joint degree programs are popular options for the entering class. 

For a Joint Degree program, the credit from a course will be accounted for both degrees. 

A joint degree program is awarded along with Stanford MBA, with just one restriction – you can’t earn more than one joint degree program that includes MA Education, MPP, MS in Computer Science, MS in Electrical Engineering, and MS in Environment and Resources. 

Stanford MBA Salary, Employment Trends - By Industry, Function & Location (2023 Class)

In the 2023-24 Stanford Employment Report, Stanford MBA graduates demonstrated strong employment outcomes, with 89% accepting job offers and an 82% job offer rate. A notable 25% pursued entrepreneurial ventures, reflecting a spirit of innovation and enterprise fostered within the Stanford community.

The median base salary is $182,500, with a $50,000 median performance bonus and a $30,000 median signing bonus.
