Stanford MBA Events - March 2025

Stanford GSB will host a total of 16 events in March 2025, including 7 virtual and 9 in-person events. 

Virtual Events

The virtual events include Meet an MBA Alum (March 1), Meet an MBA Student (March 4, 5, 6), Ask The Admissions Office - Deferred Enrollment (March 13), MBA Student Experience: Life at the GSB (March 13), and MBA Information Session (March 18). These sessions allow participants to gain insights into the MBA journey, student life, and the admissions process.
 

Stanford MBA Events - February 2025

Stanford Graduate School of Business (GSB) has planned a total of 18 MBA events for February 2025, including 14 virtual events and 4 in-person events.

Virtual Events

The virtual events feature multiple opportunities for prospective applicants to "Meet an MBA Student" on February 4, 5, 6, 11, 12, 13, 18, 19, 20, 26, and 27. During these sessions, participants can interact with alumni to learn about their MBA journey and the application process. 

Stanford MBA Events - January 2025

In January 2025, Stanford GSB will host a total of 8 MBA-related events, including 4 virtual sessions and 4 in-person events. These events provide prospective students with opportunities to engage with alumni, current students, and faculty to gain deeper insights into the MBA program and application process.

Virtual Events

The Meet an MBA Student virtual event will take place on January 3 and 15, offering applicants the chance to interact with current MBA students and hear about their experiences and the application process.

Stanford Graduate School of Business (GSB) has scheduled 7 events for December 2024, comprising 6 virtual sessions and 1 in-person event. These events cater to prospective MBA applicants, offering insights into the MBA program, admissions process, and student experiences.

The Stanford MBA program has a total of 20 events scheduled for November 2024, with 5 in-person events and 15 virtual events.

Campus Events

For in-person events, the MBA Campus Visit Day will take place on November 1, 4, 8, 11, and 15, offering attendees a chance to experience life at Stanford through campus tours, classes, and student interactions. These immersive events tend to fill up quickly, making early registration important.

Wharton MBA Class of 2026 Profile Analysis

The Wharton MBA Class of 2026 presents a slight shift in several key metrics compared to the previous year. Application volume increased to 7,322, up from 6,319 for the Class of 2025, reflecting continued high interest in the program. 

Despite this rise, the enrolled class size dropped slightly to 866 students, compared to 877 the previous year, indicating Wharton's ongoing selectivity in admissions.

In October 2024, Stanford MBA will host a total of 17 events, including 2 virtual and 15 in-person sessions.

Virtual Events

The virtual events include the MBA Information Session on October 1st, where an admission officer will provide insights into the MBA program and answer participant questions, and the Top Business Schools Discuss: The Value of an MBA on October 8th, featuring representatives from top business schools sharing experiences through a panel discussion followed by networking.

In August 2024, Stanford GSB is hosting a total of 20 events, comprising 12 virtual events and 8 in-person events.

Virtual Events

The virtual events begin on August 1st with "Application Week: Letters of Recommendation - Tips for Applicants and Recommenders," where Wil Torres, Director of Outreach, will guide applicants and recommenders through the recommendation letter process. On August 2nd, "Application Week: Best Foot Forward - Stepping into Your Power" will cover strategies for navigating the application journey.

Stanford MBA Events - July 2024

In July 2024, Stanford Graduate School of Business (GSB) will host a total of 32 events, among which there will be 11 Online and 21 Off-Campus events.

Climate Change and Sustainability

The virtual events will begin with "Your Career in Climate, Energy, and Sustainability" on July 1, where students can hear from alumni in these sectors. 

Technology and Product Management

On July 9, "Your Career in Tech and Product Management" will feature alumni from the tech and product management sectors. 

Stanford MBA Events - June 2024

Stanford MBA has a lineup of 32 events for June 2024, featuring sessions designed to engage prospective students both in-person and virtually. 

Out of these, 15 events will be conducted virtually, while 17 will be held in various cities across the globe.

On June 3, the GSB Global Community will host a virtual session focused on Latin America, followed by an MBA/MSx Information Session in London, offering insights from GSB alumni and admissions staff.

BOLD Fellows fund: Stanford MBA's Fund for Low-Income Family

The main aim of the BOLD Fellows Fund is to provide financial assistance to students facing socio-economic hardships and further establish Stanford’s commitment to advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion.

The fund is a part of the IDEAL (Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, Access in a Learning environment) initiative that Stanford started in 2018 and began addressing with a strategic plan since 2021. 

The students admitted to the Stanford MBA program are only eligible for this fellowship program.
