In the fourth example, we share the journey of a Corporate Finance candidate, who witnessed how peer to peer lending App, M-PESA, took 2% of the Kenyan population out of poverty and led the Entrepreneurial boom in sub-Saharan Africa.
 
As the beneficiary of the start-up boom, the timeline for the essays starts when Safaricom, the parent company of M-PESA was dominating the market. His recruitment was to ward off the competitor <x> through strategic allocation of funds to maximize the on-the-ground competitive advantages and improve the efficiency of the operation.

The motivations to switch from a billion-dollar enterprise to a scrappy start-up is the core of the Leadership experience essay. The contrast in challenges between an established company and a company desperately seeking attention from the customers is captured to demonstrate the diversity of experience he had acquired in both the environment. The unique vision of the start-up is intermingled into the applicant's vision and drive to see a better 'Kenya.'
