Top 50 Business Schools in the US, Europe, and Asia have announced the deadlines & essays for the 2025-26 admission season.
Early Rounds – US vs. Europe
Schools in the US typically have three rounds of deadlines. Duke Fuqua, Darden, and McDonough, have an early round in addition to round 1. The schools have created some form of incentive to apply, like a guaranteed interview or a higher chance of receiving funding.
All the Early rounds fall in the first week of September 2025.
M7 School Deadlines
Among the M7 schools, the earliest round is for Harvard, Columbia and Wharton (3rd September 25), followed by Stanford (9th Sep 25), Kellogg (10th Sep 25), and MIT (29th Sep 25).
MIT Sloan offers the most time for applicants targeting all M7 schools to regroup and approach the application with a fresh perspective, with deadlines more than a week later than peers.
Schools in the 7 to 20 ranking have deadlines in September, except for McCombs, which has its first round on 1st and 15th October 25, respectively.

It is easy to comment, but it is tough to structure the essay from the perspective of the applicant and turn the essay into a winning application essay.

Some schools have very ‘specific’ traits that they are looking for in an applicant.
If you don’t highlight them and lean towards general leadership or cultural narratives, the essay won’t work.

European Schools have 5 to 7 rounds of deadlines starting early in June.

Asian schools follow the US deadline schedule
Canadian Schools – Deadlines
Canadian Schools have three to four rounds of deadlines depending on the start schedule of the program (January vs. September)
