In August 2025, London Business School (LBS) will host a total of 27 MBA events, comprising 4 virtual sessions and 23 in-person engagements.
The virtual events provide prospective students worldwide with opportunities to engage with LBS from anywhere. The MBA Overview sessions on August 15 and August 29 offer weekly insights into the MBA programme, admissions procedures, and student life, followed by a Q&A with a Student Ambassador.
In August 2025, the Wharton MBA program is hosting a total of 17 events, comprising 11 virtual events and 6 in-person events. These events are designed to offer prospective applicants a well-rounded understanding of Wharton’s MBA offerings, including dual-degree programs, application strategies, alumni experiences, and student life.
Wharton is also conducting in-person events across several global cities.

In May 2025, the University of Virginia Darden School of Business is organizing a total of 14 MBA events, including 7 virtual sessions and 7 in-person events.
The Full-Time MBA Virtual Coffee Chat, led by the assistant director of admissions, provides applicants an opportunity to learn more about Darden’s program and admissions process in an informal setting. This session will be held on May 2 and May 16.

The QS Discover MBA Fair will be held on February 1 in New York City, February 4 in Washington DC, and February 25 in Chicago, offering prospective students a chance to connect with Ross MBA representatives to learn about the program and application process.
