With a median base salary of $145,000 and a $30,000 signing bonus, the UCLA Anderson MBA Class of 2022 experienced a 11.5% increase in annual base salary, indicative of the program's continued success in retaining its position among the Top 20 US MBA programs in the world.

Notably, 72.2% found full-time employment through UCLA Anderson-facilitated resources, showcasing the school's efficacy in connecting students with opportunities. 

With the Technology sector emerging as the top industry, UCLA Anderson positions itself as a magnet for experienced technologists, offering a gateway to the next wave of AI and disruptive technology. 

The MBA employment report further underscores the entrepreneurial spirit, with 5.3% choosing to start their own companies, and an impressive 93.9% receiving job offers within three months after graduation. 

UCLA Anderson Employment Statistics: By Industry

The UCLA Anderson Employment Statistics for 2022 reveal a diverse landscape of post-MBA opportunities, with the Technology sector emerging as a dominant force. 

Representing 34.10% of hires, Technology claims the highest percentage and offers an attractive median base salary of $140,000, coupled with a substantial signing bonus of $43,000. 

It's noteworthy that a significant 26% of pre-MBA students come from the Technology industry, reaffirming UCLA’s branding as a Technology school.

Consulting follows closely, constituting 23.80% of hires, with a second-highest median base salary of $170,000 and a $30,000 signing bonus. 

The Financial Services industry was in the third spot, comprising 12.10% of placements, and the highest median base salary of $175,000, and a notable signing bonus of $50,000.

While other industries like Entertainment and Media (9.5%), Consumer Products (8.8%), Healthcare (4.4%), and Real Estate (2.9%) make valuable contributions to the UCLA Anderson MBA’s diverse industry representation. 

Like in other top 20 MBA programs Technology, Consulting, and Financial Services sectors emerge as the top three both in terms of salary and hiring rates.
