UCLA Anderson Employment Statistics: Top Employers

Amazon Inc. and McKinsey & Company emerged as the top hiring firms, each recruiting 20 or more students.

In addition to Amazon, the Technology sector was dominated by Microsoft Corp., Google Inc., Intuit Inc., Meta, and Adobe Systems Inc. as key employers, confirming the demand for Product Managerial roles in these organizations.

The consulting landscape is further enriched by the inclusion of prestigious firms such as Boston Consulting Group (BCG), Deloitte, EY-Parthenon, L.E.K. Consulting LLC, and Bain & Company, reinforcing UCLA Anderson's strong ties with the consulting industry and aligning with the demand of Consultants returning to the same industry.

The list of top Employers is diverse with the inclusion of top players from Finance - Bank of America Corporation, Consumer Apparel - Nike, Inc. and Entertainment - Warner Media.

UCLA Anderson Employment Statistics: Career Service Team's Effectiveness 

The majority (72.2%) of the UCLA Anderson MBA Employment resources are facilitated directly by UCLA Anderson, emphasizing the school's commitment to facilitating connections between students and potential employers.

The Summer Internship Employer plays a pivotal role, accounting for 34.4% of resources. The Summer Internship Employer, sourced through the campus recruiting program, highlights the effectiveness of UCLA Anderson's structured approach to internships, ensuring that students can leverage these experiences into full-time positions.

The myCareer Job Postings platform stands out as a valuable tool, contributing to 14.7% of resources. 
Campus recruiting program, including the myCareer Resume Collection, contributes 6.6% of the total employment resources.

Moreover, the collaboration with UCLA Anderson Alumni and classmates is emphasized, contributing to 6.2% of resources.  

Complementary resources, encompassing clubs, events, and career fairs, play a significant role.

While UCLA Anderson-facilitated resources dominate, 27.8% of resources come from non-UCLA Anderson channels.
