UCLA Anderson Employment Salary and Placements: By Function
Management Consulting, constituting 23.40% of hires and led the functional representation at UCLA Anderson MBA, with the second highest median base salary of $170,000 and a $30,000 signing bonus.
Product Management follows closely, representing 15.80% of placements – a reflection of the aspirations of the large incoming class from the Technology industry.
With a median base salary of $140,000 and a noteworthy signing bonus of $43,000, the remuneration is among the best for an industry that is at the brink of a slowdown.
Despite offering the highest median base salary of $175,000 and a substantial signing bonus of $50,000, Investment Banking offers were secured by 7% of graduates.
Other notable functions include Project Management (6.60% of hires, $132,300 median base salary, $43,000 signing bonus), Corporate Strategy (6.20%, $140,000, $30,000), and Business Development (4.80%, $130,000, $35,400). Product Marketing, Brand Management, and Corporate Finance also contribute significantly to the diverse array of post-MBA functions.
While Management Consulting, Product Management, and Investment Banking emerge as the top three functions by hiring rate, they also maintain their positions among the highest-paying roles.
