“While waiting in a fertility clinic, my wife and I were anxious for the diagnosis. We chose the acclaimed specialist, Dr. Chen. The 15-minute wait was delayed by 30 minutes, then 1 hour before we saw the Doctor going out for in-patient rounds. We had to wait another 1 hour to restart the outpatient appointments.
After a 6:30 a.m. call for booking, we received token #1- the first person for an afternoon appointment. However, patients who missed the doctor in the morning were reassigned time slots before us.
