The significant challenge for the essay is around professional challenges. The applicant, who worked as a consultant for the Pharma industry, found herself facing the biggest challenge of her life - developing a COVID-19 vaccine in 6 months. Unlike traditional milestones, COVID-19 required a parallel milestone framework that the consultant pushed for. The regulatory team didn't approve of the change until the applicant began to use augmented reality to manage clinical trial participants virtually - fastening the testing process. The impressive milestone gave the regulators confidence that the applicant's team understood the challenges.

The 2nd half of the essay is about the challenge of distributing covid-19 vaccine. The applicant was able to manage a complex schedule, new technology, and stakeholders with diverse perspectives and beliefs.
