Ross Pick one thing from your resume Sample Essay - Career Switching

Ross MBA Essay Part 2: Pick one thing from your resume and tell us more. (100 words)

The struggles of a career switcher to acclimatize to a new vocabulary, culture, and expectations is tough to convey through a 1-to-1.5-line entry in a resume. The essay helps the applicant to offer context on how the interviews with the experts were integral to creating a strategy report that the client used for a $3.4b fund reallocation. The applicant could also offer context on the extra data validation she performed with Machine Learning.
