In the third and final part of the three-part series on London Business School MBA Salary analysis, we evaluate the top Employers recruiting at LBS.
In Consulting, the recruitment were led by McKinsey & Company, securing 64 graduates, followed closely by Boston Consulting Group’s 37 hires and Bain & Company’s 35.
Deloitte, Kearney, Accenture, and Strategy& also made significant contributions to the consulting sector, hiring 9, 8, 7, and 5 graduates respectively.
The Finance sector, while not as populous in terms of top employers, still saw considerable activity.
Morgan Stanley emerged as the leading recruiter, bringing in 5 graduates, followed by Goldman Sachs with 4 hires.
PIMCO and Actis also made notable contributions, hiring 3 and 2 graduates, respectively.
Despite the smaller number of employers compared to Consulting, the Finance sector remains a crucial destination for London Business School graduates seeking roles in Investment banking, Asset Management, and Private Equity.
Technology emerged as another burgeoning sector for London Business School graduates.
Amazon led the charge in this domain, hiring 14 graduates, followed by Wipro with 4 hires.
In the diversified sector, Saudi Aramco emerged as a prominent employer, hiring 3 graduates. Eli Lilly and Company, along with Vitol Group, each hired 2 graduates. While not as numerous as Consulting or Finance, these employers offer diverse opportunities across various industries, from Energy to Pharmaceuticals.
Overall, the Consulting industry boasted the highest number of top employers, indicating its continued prominence as a preferred career path for London Business School MBA graduates.
Amazon continued to contribute the most towards the Technology placement trends at the London Business School MBA program.
