Empathy, Consulting & EduTech - Kellogg MBA: Motivation Essay

Kellogg MBA Essay One: Intentionality is a key aspect of what makes our graduates successful Kellogg leaders. Help us understand your journey by articulating your motivations for pursuing an MBA, the specific goals you aim to achieve, and why you believe now is the right moment. Moreover, share why you feel Kellogg is best suited to serve as a catalyst for your career aspirations and what you will contribute to our community of lifelong learners during your time here.

Background Information: A consultant evaluates a technology’s giants high churn rate and shares his solution by merging empathy with data. In modern AI-driven consulting engagements, Kellogg MBA is cited as an essential pit stop to balance his EQ with strong AI and analytics fundamentals.

Theme: AI, Empathy, Education

Theme (Explained): The Kellogg MBA admissions team values candidates who display creative problem-solving skills which often is from empathizing with beneficiaries and customers.

At the same time, the applicant’s mentorship to uplift underrepresented voices through career counseling is cited as a connection with the educational initiatives to which he plans to contribute.

Opener: Starting with the problem statement is the best way to start a goals essay. This show-doesn’t-tell approach is the easiest way to show how the applicant thinks.
