Wharton MBA Events - August 2025

In August 2025, the Wharton MBA program is hosting a total of 17 events, comprising 11 virtual events and 6 in-person events. These events are designed to offer prospective applicants a well-rounded understanding of Wharton’s MBA offerings, including dual-degree programs, application strategies, alumni experiences, and student life.

Wharton is also conducting in-person events across several global cities. 

Wharton MBA Events - June 2025

In June 2025, Wharton will host a total of eight MBA-related events, including five in-person and three virtual sessions. 

In-Person Visit

Wharton will participate in five in-person multi-school events titled Top Business Schools Present, which provide attendees the chance to hear from admissions staff from leading MBA programs and connect with representatives during a networking reception. These events will take place on the following dates and locations: June 2 in London, June 4 in Paris, June 9 in Phoenix, June 10 in Salt Lake City, and June 11 in Denver.
 

Wharton MBA Events - May 2025

In May 2025, Wharton will host a total of 4 MBA events, including 3 virtual events and 1 in-person event.

In-Person Visit

Lastly, the Clear Admit: MBA Application Overview webinar on May 21 will feature a panel of admissions officers sharing application tips, including advice on essays, recommendations, and navigating the unique aspects of each program's process.
 

Wharton MBA Events - April 2025

Wharton will host a total of five MBA events in April 2025, with three virtual events and two in-person events.

Campus Visit

The Campus Visit Program (April 3, 7, 10) offers prospective students the chance to attend a live MBA class, interact with current students, and experience Wharton’s academic environment firsthand. This in-person event provides a unique perspective on what makes Wharton a top choice for MBA candidates.
 

Wharton MBA Events - March 2025

Wharton will host a total of 10 events in March 2025, including 4 virtual and 6 in-person events. 

Virtual Events

The virtual events include The MBA Tour Spotlight on MBAs for Veterans (March 12), Application Tips: Moelis Advance Access Program (March 14), Student-Led Wharton MBA Overview Webinar (March 18), and The MBA Tour Spotlight on Women in Business (March 19). These sessions offer targeted insights into admissions, student life, and career opportunities, with a focus on veterans, deferred enrollment applicants, and women in business.

 

Wharton MBA Deadlines (2024-2025)

The Wharton MBA program follows a three-round application process, along with a separate deferred admission round for eligible candidates. A completed application must be submitted by 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time (ET) on the deadline date for consideration. Applications submitted after Rounds 1 or 2 deadlines will be automatically moved to the next round, while late submissions for Round 3 will not be accepted.

Business School

Wharton MBA Events - February 2025

Wharton has scheduled a total of 13 MBA events for February 2025, with 5 virtual events and 8 in-person events.

Virtual Events

The virtual events include the MBA Tour Spotlight on Black, Hispanic, and Native Candidates on February 4, offering direct interaction with Wharton representatives. The Clear Admit: Deferred Enrollment MBA Application Overview on February 5 is a two-part webinar aimed at deferred enrollment candidates. 

Wharton MBA Events - December 2024

Wharton School has scheduled 6 events in December 2024, all of which are virtual. 

The Alumni-led Coffee Chat (Dec 2) features Gabriel Garza (WG’19) providing insights into the Wharton MBA experience over an interactive coffee session. 

Virtual Info Sessions

Three Lauder Virtual Info Sessions (Dec 3, 12, 17) and the Lauder Inclusive Insights (Dec 12) explore the Lauder Institute’s two-year MA International Studies joint degree program, covering curriculum details, student life, and career pathways, followed by live Q&A sessions.

Wharton MBA Events - November 2024

In November 2024, the Wharton MBA program will host a total of 19 events, including 12 virtual and 7 in-person sessions. 

Campus Visits

Key events include the recurring Campus Visit Program on November 4, 14, 18, 21, and 22, allowing prospective students to experience a real Wharton class, meet current students, and get a feel for the Wharton community firsthand. 

Wharton MBA Class of 2026 Profile Analysis

The Wharton MBA Class of 2026 presents a slight shift in several key metrics compared to the previous year. Application volume increased to 7,322, up from 6,319 for the Class of 2025, reflecting continued high interest in the program. 

Despite this rise, the enrolled class size dropped slightly to 866 students, compared to 877 the previous year, indicating Wharton's ongoing selectivity in admissions.

Wharton MBA Events - October 2024

In October 2024, Stanford MBA will host a total of 17 events, including 2 virtual and 15 in-person sessions.

Virtual Events

The virtual events include the MBA Information Session on October 1st, where an admission officer will provide insights into the MBA program and answer participant questions, and the Top Business Schools Discuss: The Value of an MBA on October 8th, featuring representatives from top business schools sharing experiences through a panel discussion followed by networking.

Wharton MBA Events - September 2024

In September 2024, the Wharton MBA program will host 16 events, including 11 virtual and 5 in-person events.

Diversity Event

The month kicks off with "Inclusive Insights: Personalized Guidance with Quinton & Daniel" on September 3rd, a recurring virtual session hosted by Wharton's diversity admissions officers. Participants can discuss the Wharton MBA experience, admissions, and life in Philadelphia in a small group setting. This event repeats on September 10th. 

Wharton MBA Events - August 2024

The Wharton MBA program has an eventful August 2024, with a total of 35 events. Out of these, 24 are virtual and 11 are in-person. 

Virtual Info Sessions

The month kicks off with several Lauder Virtual Info Sessions on August 1, 8, and 15, where participants can learn about the two-year Lauder Institute’s MA International Studies joint degree program, followed by a live Q&A. 

Wharton MBA Events - July 2024

In July 2024, Wharton School has scheduled a total of 44 events, 26 virtual and 18 in-person events opportunities for prospective students to explore their MBA program, connect with alumni, and learn about the admissions process.

Coffee Chats – Wharton's Virtual Event (Current Students)

The Coffee Chats offers a virtual one-hour event where prospective students can interact with current students to hear about their Wharton MBA Experience and the admissions process. The events are scheduled on July 1, 2, 3, 8, 12, 14, 15, 18, 19, 21, 26, and 28.

Wharton MBA Events - June 2024

Wharton MBA has 15 events lined up for June 2024. Out of 15 events, 8 are in-person, whereas 7 events will be conducted virtually.  

Wharton has participated in three Top MBAs events along with other Top Business schools in London, Atlanta, and Munich, on the 4th, 5th, and 8th of June respectively. In this event, students can interact with admission representatives from the top business schools across the world.

Wharton will also be part of the Amsterdam MBA Fair 2024 and the GMAT Club's MBA Spotlight Fair on 6th June and 11th June respectively.

Wharton and Harvard are in a tie with a median base salary of $175,000  per annum, whereas Stanford is at the top of the podium with a median base salary of $182,500. Although all three have Finance as their dominant industry, Stanford (39%), followed by Wharton (37.3%), leads the industry representation, with Harvard (33%) in third position.
