MBA programs in Japan are rare. Applicants often target M7 schools. For such students, Uniqlo - the Japanese Retailer, initiated a fellowship to support education in two Harvard University schools – Harvard Business School and the Harvard University Graduate School of Design.
The fellowship is targeted for students with no corporate sponsorship.
Uniqlo, owned by Fast Retailing, also offers an internship opportunity in the Fellow’s study abroad program.
Amount: $200,000 for two years
Number of Awards: One student for each school (Harvard Business School and the Harvard University Graduate School of Design)
Criteria/Eligibility: To be eligible for the UNIQLO HBS Fellowship, applicants must meet the following conditions:
• Be a Japanese National.
• Shouldn’t be the beneficiary of any corporate sponsorship.
• Admission Letter from Harvard Business School for MBA Program.
