Sample Wharton Professional Gains Essay (Impact Investing)

For the fifth Sample essay, we look at a Fictitious profile – a candidate who was a consultant for UNICEF projects in Kenya. By highlighting Wharton’s pioneering work in IMPACT investing and the MBA-specific mentorship through MIINT, student clubs, and courses, the applicant hopes to build the foundational skills to take on the challenges of balancing social impact with profitability.
