Several virtual sessions are scheduled throughout the month. The January-Entry MBA Application Roundtable on June 9 provides an informal setting to learn about the January-Entry MBA application process. The GMAT Club MBA Spotlight on June 11 offers an opportunity to connect with Columbia’s admissions directors and current students during a virtual fair.
In June 2025, Oxford Saïd Business School will host a total of 11 MBA events, comprising 4 virtual and 7 in-person sessions. These events offer prospective students opportunities to explore the Oxford MBA and 1+1 MBA programmes, gain career insights, and interact directly with admissions staff and alumni across various global locations.
In June 2025, Stanford GSB is hosting a total of 29 events, of which 28 are in-person and 1 is virtual. These events span various cities across the United States, Europe, Asia, and Latin America, offering prospective MBA candidates opportunities to engage with admissions officers, alumni, and peers. The events fall into several categories: multi-school presentations, Stanford-specific MBA information sessions, joint MBA/MSx sessions, and application workshops.

In June 2025, London Business School (LBS) will host a total of 6 MBA events, including 2 virtual sessions and 4 in-person events.
The virtual MBA Overview sessions will be held twice, on June 6 and June 20, offering a detailed presentation on the LBS MBA program and admission procedures. These Friday sessions include a live Q&A led by a Student Ambassador, allowing prospective candidates to clarify their queries in an interactive format.

The Top Business Schools Present series will be held in-person on June 2 in London and June 4 in Paris. The virtual event is an Ask Me Anything with the Association of Veterans (AoV), scheduled for June 27. Stanford GSB will host 21 MBA events in April 2025, including 5 in-person and 16 virtual events.
Virtual events include "Meet an MBA Student" on April 8, 9, 16, 17, 23, 24, 29, and 30, where applicants can connect with GSB students to hear about their experiences. The month concludes with the "MBA Information Session" on April 29, where an admissions officer will cover program details, admissions, and financial aid.
In May 2025, the University of Virginia Darden School of Business is organizing a total of 14 MBA events, including 7 virtual sessions and 7 in-person events.
The Full-Time MBA Virtual Coffee Chat, led by the assistant director of admissions, provides applicants an opportunity to learn more about Darden’s program and admissions process in an informal setting. This session will be held on May 2 and May 16.
In May 2025, UCLA Anderson is offering a total of 25 MBA events, comprising 13 in-person and 12 virtual sessions.

On the in-person side, Tuck Campus Visits will be available on May 5 and 12, allowing both admitted and prospective students to experience the Hanover campus by submitting a visit request.
In May 2025, Stanford GSB is hosting a total of 30 MBA events, including 18 virtual and 12 in-person sessions.
Among the virtual events, the most frequent is the “Meet an MBA Student” session, where prospective applicants can interact with GSB alumni to hear about their MBA journey and application process. These sessions will be held on May 1, 3, 7, 8, 14, 15, 20, 21, 22, 27, and 29.
Two sessions of “Meet an MBA Student – Women’s Perspective” will be held virtually on May 13 and 28, focusing on the experiences and resources for women at GSB.
