In May 2025, Harvard Business School will host a total of 12 MBA events, including 2 virtual events and 10 in-person events.
Virtual Events
The events in May are as follows: The virtual event "The HBS MBA Experience: Student Perspectives from MENA" will be held on May 6, offering prospective students the chance to hear from current HBS students from the Middle East and North Africa about the MBA program and student life. The virtual "Admissions Overview and Q&A" session on May 20 will provide an overview of the program, application process, and financial aid, followed by a live Q&A.
Essay Editing - Work with Atul Jose (Founding Consultant and Essay Specialist)
With the word limit typically in the 250 to 500 range, it is not easy to structure the essay without losing momentum.

If you don’t highlight them and lean towards general leadership or cultural narratives, the essay won’t work.

On-Campus Events
The MBA Program Open House will be hosted on campus on May 9 and May 16, offering a campus tour and an in-depth discussion about the Harvard MBA program. HBS will also participate in the Clear Admit MBA Fair 2025 in Boston on May 14, where prospective students can meet admissions officers, hear from alumni, and receive application advice.
In-Person Events
A series of HBS Information Sessions will be conducted across multiple cities: in Los Angeles (May 15), San Diego (May 19), Mountain View (May 20), San Francisco (May 21), Milan (May 26), Madrid (May 27), and London (May 29). These sessions will include an admissions presentation and opportunities to connect with local alumni.
