In June 2025, INSEAD is hosting a total of 15 MBA events, comprising 4 virtual and 11 in-person sessions.

On-Campus Events and MBA Tours
On June 13 and again on June 27, INSEAD will hold its regular MBA & MIM Friday Campus Tours, simultaneously on both the Europe and Asia campuses, where student ambassadors will lead tours and field admissions-related questions.
On June 14, INSEAD will be present at the Access MBA event in Paris, offering personalized advice and one-on-one discussions with admissions staff. Then on June 19 in Washington, and June 20 in Toronto, INSEAD will host Afterwork MBA & EMBA Panel Discussions and Alumni Networking events, led by Maria Reis and Claudine Frossard.
A similar Brunch Panel and Networking event will be held on June 21 in Montreal, and another Alumni Networking session will take place on June 24 in Abidjan.

With the word limit typically in the 250 to 500 range, it is not easy to structure the essay without losing momentum.

A big part of editing and guiding applicants is in educating them about the culture of the school
Some schools have very ‘specific’ traits that they are looking for in an applicant.
If you don’t highlight them and lean towards general leadership or cultural narratives, the essay won’t work.

June 10th Events
On June 10, three events are scheduled: a one-on-one in-person consultation in Paris, allowing students to discuss their MBA or MIM goals with an INSEAD representative; a virtual MBA in Europe Showcase, where attendees can hear from INSEAD and other top schools; and an online LGBTQ+ spotlight session, which introduces OUTSEAD, INSEAD’s LGBTQ+ student club. Also on the same day, a coffee chat event in Paris will connect attendees with alumni, including Julio Suarez, to discuss admissions and curriculum insights.
June 11th and June 12th – Three Virtual Events
Two virtual live Q&A sessions follow: one on June 11 for prospective students from the DACH region (Germany, Austria, and Switzerland) and another on June 12 tailored to those from Italy and Greece. Both sessions allow attendees to engage with alumni and the admissions team.
