Columbia MBA - Top Employers (2023)

In the fourth and final part of the Columbia MBA Salary Series for the 2023 graduating class, we cover top Employers recruiting at Columbia Business School.

Consulting firms, as evident from the table below, were prominent among the top employers, with McKinsey & Company leading the charge with 77 total hires, including 39 sponsored students. 

The Boston Consulting Group and Bain & Company also made significant contributions, with 39 and 30 hires, respectively, showcasing the program's strong ties to the consulting industry.

In the Finance sector, Morgan Stanley emerged as a top employer with 18 hires, including one sponsored student, followed closely by Deloitte with 17 hires, including 7 sponsored students. Other financial giants like JPMorgan Chase & Co., Bank of America, and Goldman Sachs also made notable appearances. These employers provide opportunities for MBAs interested in s restructuring, Investment Banking, and Financial advisory services.

Technology companies such as Amazon and Google were also among the top employers for Columbia MBA graduates in 2023, with 18 and 14 hires, respectively. These tech giants offer opportunities in Product Management, Business Development, and Strategy roles.
