In August 2025, Columbia Business School will host 39 MBA events, including 4 virtual sessions and 35 in-person events.

Virtual Events

The virtual events focus on providing prospective students with application guidance and insights into the school’s values. 

In July 2025, Stanford Graduate School of Business (GSB) is hosting a total of 38 MBA events, comprising 6 virtual events and 32 in-person events held across various cities around the world. These events aim to provide prospective applicants with insights into the Stanford MBA experience, admissions process, student community, and deferred enrollment options.

In June 2025, Wharton will host a total of eight MBA-related events, including five in-person and three virtual sessions. 

In-Person Visit

Wharton will participate in five in-person multi-school events titled Top Business Schools Present, which provide attendees the chance to hear from admissions staff from leading MBA programs and connect with representatives during a networking reception. These events will take place on the following dates and locations: June 2 in London, June 4 in Paris, June 9 in Phoenix, June 10 in Salt Lake City, and June 11 in Denver.
 

In June 2025, Stanford GSB is hosting a total of 29 events, of which 28 are in-person and 1 is virtual. These events span various cities across the United States, Europe, Asia, and Latin America, offering prospective MBA candidates opportunities to engage with admissions officers, alumni, and peers. The events fall into several categories: multi-school presentations, Stanford-specific MBA information sessions, joint MBA/MSx sessions, and application workshops.

In June 2025, Chicago Booth will host a total of 6 MBA events, comprising 5 in-person events and 1 virtual event

Virtual Events

Booth will host a virtual event titled Top Business Schools Present: Trailblazing the Path to Business School on June 30. This session will focus on the experiences of first-generation and low-income students, featuring a panel discussion and a networking opportunity with representatives from top business schools, including Booth.
 

In June 2025, Tuck School of Business is hosting a total of 13 MBA events, including 9 virtual and 4 in-person sessions

In May 2025, Duke Fuqua will host a total of 6 MBA events, comprising 2 virtual sessions and 4 in-person events

The Harvard MBA admissions team in coordination with the FIELD (Field Immersion Experiences for Leadership Development) participants – first-year students, is hosting Harvard MBA information session in the following cities on May 17th 2022:
