INSEAD MBA Events - February 2026

The February 2026 INSEAD  MBA admission events calendar features a total of 12 events, comprising 1 virtual event and 11 in-person events, offering prospective students extensive opportunities to engage with INSEAD across Europe, Asia, and the Americas. 

In-Person Events and MBA Tours

The in-person events in February are globally distributed and span coffee chats, fairs, campus tours, alumni panels, and academic masterclasses. 

MIT MBA Events - October 2025

In October 2025, MIT Sloan is hosting 10 MBA events, comprising 4 virtual events and 6 in-person events. 

In-Person Events

The in-person events allow prospective students to experience MIT Sloan firsthand, either on-campus or through international “Sloan on the Road” sessions. These include MIT Sloan on the Road in Singapore (8 October), Manila (12 October), Paris (13 October), and Jakarta (15 October), Sloan Visit Program (10 October), and Community and Culture: Women's Visit Day (17 October). 

Wharton MBA Events - June 2025

In June 2025, Wharton will host a total of eight MBA-related events, including five in-person and three virtual sessions. 

In-Person Visit

Wharton will participate in five in-person multi-school events titled Top Business Schools Present, which provide attendees the chance to hear from admissions staff from leading MBA programs and connect with representatives during a networking reception. These events will take place on the following dates and locations: June 2 in London, June 4 in Paris, June 9 in Phoenix, June 10 in Salt Lake City, and June 11 in Denver.
 

Stanford MBA Events - June 2025

In June 2025, Stanford GSB is hosting a total of 29 events, of which 28 are in-person and 1 is virtual. These events span various cities across the United States, Europe, Asia, and Latin America, offering prospective MBA candidates opportunities to engage with admissions officers, alumni, and peers. The events fall into several categories: multi-school presentations, Stanford-specific MBA information sessions, joint MBA/MSx sessions, and application workshops.

MIT Sloan MBA Events - June 2025

In June 2025, MIT Sloan School of Management will host a total of 16 MBA-related events, consisting of 13 in-person events and 3 virtual sessions. 

In-Person Events

In-person student engagement opportunities include a Student-hosted Coffee Chat on June 1 in London, where candidates can meet a current MBA student to hear about the Sloan experience firsthand. The MIT Sloan Summer Visit Program on June 2 will take place on campus in Cambridge and includes an admissions overview, Q&A session, and a guided campus tour.

Chicago Booth MBA Events - June 2025

In June 2025, Chicago Booth will host a total of 6 MBA events, comprising 5 in-person events and 1 virtual event

Virtual Events

Booth will host a virtual event titled Top Business Schools Present: Trailblazing the Path to Business School on June 30. This session will focus on the experiences of first-generation and low-income students, featuring a panel discussion and a networking opportunity with representatives from top business schools, including Booth.
 

Kellogg MBA Events - June 2025

In June 2025, Kellogg School of Management will host a total of 3 MBA events, including 2 in-person events and 1 virtual session. 

In-Person Events

The Top Business Schools Present series will be held in-person on June 2 in London and June 4 in Paris. These multi-school events will feature admissions representatives from Kellogg and other top MBA programs, offering attendees the chance to hear insights during a panel discussion and network during a reception.

Duke Fuqua MBA Events - February 2025

Duke Fuqua will host 17 MBA events in February 2025, including 16 virtual sessions and 1 in-person event.

In-Person Event

The only in-person event, Access MBA One-to-One: Paris, will take place on February 8, offering prospective students the opportunity to engage with admissions directors, attend panel discussions, and receive guidance on the GMAT and scholarships.

MIT MBA Events - September 2024

In September 2024, the MIT Sloan MBA program will feature a total of 17 events, with 11 virtual and 6 in-person events.

Forte MBA Forum

The month begins with a "Virtual Forté MBA Forum" on September 5th, offering prospective students the chance to connect with top business schools and hear from successful MBA women. This will be followed by an in-person "On-Campus Information Session with Admissions Q&A" on September 6th, where attendees can learn about the MBA program’s curriculum and admissions process. 

Stanford MBA Events - September 2024

In September 2024, Stanford Graduate School of Business will hold a total of 12 events, comprising 4 virtual events and 8 in-person events.

Consortium

The month begins with two virtual sessions on September 3rd and 23rd titled "Applying to the GSB through The Consortium," where prospective students will learn about Stanford's partnership with The Consortium for Graduate Study in Management (CGSM), the application process, and financial aid options. 

Stanford MBA Events - June 2024

Stanford MBA has a lineup of 32 events for June 2024, featuring sessions designed to engage prospective students both in-person and virtually. 

Out of these, 15 events will be conducted virtually, while 17 will be held in various cities across the globe.

On June 3, the GSB Global Community will host a virtual session focused on Latin America, followed by an MBA/MSx Information Session in London, offering insights from GSB alumni and admissions staff.
