In July 2025, INSEAD is organizing a total of 14 events, comprising 2 virtual and 12 in-person events.

In-Person Events and MBA Tours
The in-person events begin with the MBA & MIM Friday Campus Tours held on 11 and 25 July at both the Europe Campus and Asia Campus, where student ambassadors guide visitors through campus life and answer questions about the MBA program.
INSEAD also hosts a series of MBA & MIM Coffee Chats on 14 July in Rio de Janeiro, 16 July in São Paulo, 22 July in Bangkok, 26 July in Ho Chi Minh City, and 30 July in Manila, where the Assistant Director and alumni panels provide insights into the MBA program, career paths, and allow for open discussion.
The MBA Application Workshop takes place on 17 July in São Paulo, led by admissions representatives Marina Zafra and Teresa Peiró-Camaro, offering practical guidance on application documents and criteria.
Furthermore, prospective students can join the MBA, MIM & EMFin In-Person Consultation on 29 July in Tokyo for one-on-one discussions with an INSEAD representative about their individual applications and goals. Multi-school events include The MBA Tour | Tokyo on 31 July, giving attendees the chance to meet admissions staff from top schools and gain application tips.
Lastly, INSEAD participates in the Top Business Schools Present events on 9 July in Austin, 10 July in Dallas, 16 July in Seattle, and 19 July in Chicago, where participants engage in panel discussions and networking with representatives from several leading business schools.

It is easy to comment, but it is tough to structure the essay from the perspective of the applicant and turn the essay into a winning application essay.

A big part of editing and guiding applicants is in educating them about the culture of the school
Some schools have very ‘specific’ traits that they are looking for in an applicant.
If you don’t highlight them and lean towards general leadership or cultural narratives, the essay won’t work.
