John H. McArthur Canadian Fellowship
The John H. McArthur Canadian Fellowship is named after the former dean of Harvard Business School (1980-1995) and British Columbia native John H. McArthur.
This fellowship is not based on financial need. Applicants can avail of the fellowship in addition to other HBS MBA fellowships. The only condition to keep in mind is that the total value of all fellowships should not exceed the cost of attending the Harvard MBA program.
Dual Degree Applicants: Dual-degree students can avail the fellowship only while they are at Harvard Business School
Amount: $20,000, distributed as $10,000 per year
Number of Awards: Varies
Criteria/Eligibility:
• Canadian citizenship or Canadian permanent residency
• Lived in Canada for at least 7 years
• Undergraduate Degree from a Canadian university (exceptional candidates who don’t meet this criterion are accepted on a case-by-case basis)
• Acceptance Letter from Harvard Business School
