In October 2025, Yale School of Management is hosting a total of 18 events, comprising 12 virtual events and 6 in-person events, offering prospective students multiple ways to engage with the school, learn about its programs, and connect with admissions representatives, faculty, and current students.
Virtual Events
The virtual events include recurring Admissions Q&A sessions on 14-Oct-25, 16-Oct-25, 21-Oct-25, 23-Oct-25, 28-Oct-25, and 30-Oct-25, providing participants a 45-minute interactive platform to ask questions directly to the Yale Admissions Committee.
Additional virtual opportunities include the Silver Scholars Admissions Q&A on 15-Oct-25, the Virtual Forté MBA Explore on 16-Oct-25, the From STEM to MBA: A Yale SOM Student Panel on 21-Oct-25, the Student Conversations on 22-Oct-25, the Yale School of the Environment/MBA Joint-Degree Panel on 23-Oct-25, and the Virtual Forté Breaking Barriers MBA Forum on 24-Oct-25. These events provide insights into program offerings, career pathways, leadership development, and specialized panels for STEM backgrounds and underrepresented groups.

It is easy to comment, but it is tough to structure the essay from the perspective of the applicant and turn the essay into a winning application essay.

A big part of editing and guiding applicants is in educating them about the culture of the school
Some schools have very ‘specific’ traits that they are looking for in an applicant.
If you don’t highlight them and lean towards general leadership or cultural narratives, the essay won’t work.

These sessions offer prospective students the opportunity to engage directly with Yale SOM leadership, attend immersive classroom experiences, gain application insights, and network with alumni and fellow attendees.
