In October 2025, MIT Sloan is hosting 10 MBA events, comprising 4 virtual events and 6 in-person events. 

In-Person Events

The in-person events allow prospective students to experience MIT Sloan firsthand, either on-campus or through international “Sloan on the Road” sessions. These include MIT Sloan on the Road in Singapore (8 October), Manila (12 October), Paris (13 October), and Jakarta (15 October), Sloan Visit Program (10 October), and Community and Culture: Women's Visit Day (17 October). 

In July 2025, Stanford Graduate School of Business (GSB) is hosting a total of 38 MBA events, comprising 6 virtual events and 32 in-person events held across various cities around the world. These events aim to provide prospective applicants with insights into the Stanford MBA experience, admissions process, student community, and deferred enrollment options.

In June 2025, Yale School of Management will host a total of 12 MBA events, including 6 virtual events and 6 in-person events, providing prospective students multiple opportunities to engage with the Yale SOM community

INSEAD is hosting a total of nine MBA-related events in April 2025, comprising seven in-person events and two virtual sessions. These events are held across various global locations, including Casablanca, Jakarta, Taipei, Singapore, and both INSEAD campuses in Asia and Europe.

Yale School of Management will host 14 MBA events in January 2025, comprising 12 in-person gatherings and 2 virtual sessions.

Virtual Events

The virtual Round 2 Application Q&A sessions, designed to assist applicants with their submissions, will occur on January 3 and January 6. These small-group interactive sessions allow prospective students to connect directly with Yale SOM Admissions Committee members for final application insights.
