In June 2025, Harvard Business School (HBS) will conduct a total of 16 MBA events, all of which are in-person engagements.
In-Person Events
HBS will organize several Information Sessions, where prospective students can learn about the MBA program, hear an admissions presentation, and network with local alumni. These sessions will take place on the following dates and locations: June 2 in Baltimore, June 3 in Boston and Washington DC, June 10 in Miami, June 11 in Atlanta, June 23 in Frankfurt, June 24 in Berlin, June 26 in Istanbul, and June 28 in Tokyo.
Essay Editing - Work with Atul Jose (Founding Consultant and Essay Specialist)
With the word limit typically in the 250 to 500 range, it is not easy to structure the essay without losing momentum.

Some schools have very ‘specific’ traits that they are looking for in an applicant.
If you don’t highlight them and lean towards general leadership or cultural narratives, the essay won’t work.

On-Campus Events
The school will hold a series of in-person one-to-one meetings, allowing applicants to receive personalized guidance on their profiles and MBA fit. These meetings will take place in Denver on June 11, Tokyo on June 20, and Johannesburg on June 26, led by Oxford Saïd admissions managers.
Additionally, MBA information events will be held in Tokyo on June 21 and Johannesburg on June 25, featuring program overviews, alumni interactions, and networking opportunities.
The Oxford MBA Open Day on June 13 invites prospective students to the Oxford campus to engage with faculty, attend a careers overview, and participate in a student Q&A.
Another key event is the Oxford India Forum 2025, scheduled for June 21, which will examine the role of frontier technologies in India's development through expert panels and discussions.
Other In-Person Events
In addition, HBS will participate in multiple Top Business Schools Present events—multi-school MBA panels and networking receptions featuring admissions staff from leading business schools. These events will be held on June 2 in London, June 4 in Paris, June 9 in Phoenix, June 10 in Salt Lake City, and June 11 in Denver.
On June 5, HBS will join the Amsterdam MBA Fair 2025, an Ivy Circle Netherlands event where attendees can explore top U.S. and European business schools, ask questions, and compare programs.
Finally, an MBA Program Open House will be hosted on June 9 at the HBS campus, featuring a campus tour and an in-depth discussion of the Harvard MBA program, led by the admissions team.
