In July 2024, Chicago Booth is offering 15 events designed to provide prospective MBA students with a comprehensive understanding of the Booth MBA program. These events include 9 virtual and 6 in-person sessions, allowing participants to interact with alumni, admissions representatives, and current students, as well as gain insights into the application process.
Virtual Coffee Chats – July 16, 18, 29 and 31
The month kicks off with a Virtual Coffee Chat on July 1, where representatives from the Chicago Booth MBA admissions team will host a 20-30 minute virtual chat for students to ask questions about the Booth MBA program and the admissions process.
Additional Virtual Coffee Chats will be held on July 16, 18, 29, and 31, providing multiple opportunities for prospective students to engage in these informative sessions.
In-Person Event
Experience Booth: Leading in Action will take place in Chicago on July 11. This session offers prospective students insights into the Booth MBA programs and the LEAD experiential learning module.

Virtual Sessions – July 9th 24(Joint Degree and Application)
The Zoom In On Booth series includes two important virtual sessions. On July 9, the focus will be on joint-degree programs available with the Booth MBA. Participants will be detailed about the various programs and can ask their queries in breakout rooms.
On July 22, the session will cover tips and tricks for creating the best application for the Booth Full-Time MBA program, including requirements and ways to approach the application.
MBA Tours and In-Person Events
Chicago Booth also hosts MBA Mixers in Dallas on July 11 and Boston on July 15. These in-person events provide prospective students the opportunity to interact with Booth directors, current students, and alumni over food, allowing for networking and deeper engagement with the Booth community.
Meet School Representatives
For those interested in meeting representatives from top MBA programs, Top MBAs Events will be held in New York on July 17 and Washington, DC on July 18. These in-person events are hosted by top business schools, providing a platform for prospective students to connect with admissions representatives. Additionally, The MBA Tour: Chicago will take place on July 30, offering similar networking opportunities in Chicago.
Virtual sessions also include a Clear Admit Event Series: MBA Essay Insights on July 24, which will focus on how to approach the MBA essay, followed by a Q&A session.
