In November 2025, the Wharton School is hosting a total of 39 events, including 25 virtual events and 14 in-person events, offering prospective students a comprehensive look into its MBA programs, joint degrees, and global opportunities.
In-Person Visit
The in-person events feature on-campus immersion opportunities and regional outreach. The recurring Campus Visit Program on 10, 14, 17, and 20 November invites prospective students to Wharton’s Philadelphia campus for tours, class visits, and student panels, with optional sessions on the Lauder MBA/MA. The Explore Wharton day on 21 November offers a deeper, interactive experience through faculty-led sessions and networking opportunities.
Beyond campus, Wharton’s admissions representatives will host and participate in multi-school collaborations, including Top Business Schools Present events in Miami (11 November) and Charlotte (12 November), as well as Insight into Deferred Enrollment MBA Programs at UC Berkeley (13 November).

It is easy to comment, but it is tough to structure the essay from the perspective of the applicant and turn the essay into a winning application essay.

A big part of editing and guiding applicants is in educating them about the culture of the school
Some schools have very ‘specific’ traits that they are looking for in an applicant.
If you don’t highlight them and lean towards general leadership or cultural narratives, the essay won’t work.

The Moelis Advance Access Program series, held on 7 and 13 November, provides insights into the deferred enrollment pathway, with guidance on application preparation. Other notable webinars include the Wharton Inspire Series: From Curiosity to Clarity on 7 November, Veterans Visit Day on 6 November, and Top Business Schools Present: Military in Business on 18 November, which features discussions on leadership, service transition, and the MBA journey.
Throughout the month, multiple Coffee Chats, held on 5, 7, 8, 9, 12, 15, 17, 18, 19, and 28 November, connect prospective students directly with current MBAs for informal conversations about academics, student life, and admissions. Additionally, the Student-led Wharton MBA Overview Webinar on 14 November provides an inside view of the full-time MBA experience, while the Clear Admit Deferred Enrollment Webinar on 5 November offers broader insights into early admission options across top schools.
