In September 2024, the Ross MBA program will feature a total of 32 events, with 20 virtual and 12 in-person sessions.
The month starts with a virtual event on September 3rd, the "Diversity Series | Black Business Students Association at Ross," focusing on DEI values at Ross. This is followed by a virtual "Full-Time MBA Round 1 Office Hours" on September 4th, where prospective applicants can discuss Round 1 applications. On September 5th, there will be two virtual events: the "Virtual Forte MBA Forum" and "Diversity Series | Out for Business at Ross," both aimed at showcasing Ross’s DEI community. Another virtual session, "Mich Ross FTMBA Campus Visit + Erb Institute Presentation," is scheduled for September 6th, offering insights into the program and city of Ann Arbor.
The first in-person event of the month is "Access MBA - Houston" on September 9th, followed by "Careers at Ross" virtual sessions for various fields including Healthcare on September 10th, Marketing on September 11th, Finance and Investment Banking on September 12th, and Operations on September 16th. On September 10th, "Consortium MBA MAPS – Houston" will also take place in person.
The following week features "Diversity Series" virtual events covering Native students and alumni on September 10th, Women at Ross on September 17th, and Hispanic Business Students Association on September 19th. "Full-Time MBA Admissions Chat" on September 18th will provide an overview of the MBA program. In-person events include "QS Discover MBA Fair in New York City" on September 14th and "Access MBA" events in Dallas on September 10th, Phoenix on September 12th, Chicago on September 19th, Philadelphia on September 24th, and "Consortium MBA MAPS" seminars in Washington D.C. on September 21st, San Francisco on September 24th, and Los Angeles on September 26th.
The month concludes with a virtual "Office Hours: Dual Degrees" on September 25th and "Careers at Ross: International Students" on September 26th, alongside a final in-person event, "Michigan Ross FTMBA Campus Visit + Tauber Institute for Global Operations Presentation" on September 27th.
