Michigan Ross MBA has a lineup of 12 events for June 2024, featuring 11 online and 1 in-person session designed to connect prospective students with the Ross community and provide insights into the MBA program.
The month begins with a virtual "Pride Month Celebration, Hear from “Out For Business Club" on June 5, where participants may celebrate Pride Month with members of the Out For Business Club and learn about the Ross community, classes, and admissions process.
On June 10, prospective students may join "Café Chats with Current Students," a small informal chat session, either online or in-person, depending on the student's availability. This session offers a chance to learn more about student life, courses, recruitment, and the application procedure at Ross.
June 11 features the "GMAT Club Spotlight Fair," a virtual event where prospective students can interact with top business school's admission representatives. Also on June 11, the "Entrepreneurship & VC at Ross: Learn about Zell Lurie Institute" session provides an overview of the services offered by the Zell Lurie Institute for those interested in private equity, venture capital, and entrepreneurship.
On June 12, another "GMAT Club Spotlight Fair" is scheduled, along with a "Full-Time MBA Admissions Chat," a virtual session led by the Ross admissions committee, offering an overview of the MBA program and answering questions from the audience.
June 20 features the "Leadership at Ross: Learn More About The Sanger Leadership Center," a virtual session where participants will gain insights into the leadership development opportunities at the Sanger Leadership Center.
On June 25, the "MBA Tour India & Asia-Pacific" virtual session allows participants to join admission representatives from top business schools, receive application tips, and schedule one-on-one Zoom meetings. Additionally, on the same day, the "Sustainability at Ross: Learn about the Erb Institute" session will discuss sustainability initiatives and services available through the Erb Institute.
The "Learn More About Business + Impact at Ross" event on June 26 is a virtual session where participants can learn about the Business+Impact initiative, focusing on curriculum, career, and leadership opportunities.
June 27 features "The MBA Tour - Africa + Middle East," another virtual session similar to the one on June 25, but focusing on schools in Africa and the Middle East. This is followed by "Learn More About Action-Based Learning at Ross," a session providing insights into the Ross MAP program and action-based learning opportunities.
This comprehensive series of events offers prospective students a thorough introduction to the Michigan Ross MBA program, its community, and the various opportunities available for leadership, entrepreneurship, and sustainability.
