Process: The application process involves expressing interest in the Fellowship during the MBA application, letting Reaching Out know about this interest, and subsequently receiving offers of admission and Fellowship directly from the school.

Upon admission, students choose their preferred school, and the selected fellow is confirmed by the school notifying Reaching Out.

Essays: Each participating school is responsible for identifying and selecting its Reaching Out LGBTQ+ Fellows. There is no separate application form for the Fellowship.

Deadlines: Applicants can express their interest in the Fellowship by applying on the ROMBA website concurrently with their MBA application.
