Kellogg MMM Salary by Industry & Function (2022)

The importance of design in solution is not universal in financial products or services but in Technology and Consulting, design determine usability, change in behavior and even the virality of the idea. Kellogg’s MMM – the Dual Degree program is catered to those who want to complete their MBA with a strong Engineering and design curriculum.

Kellogg MMM Salary by Industry (2022)

The consulting industry had a significant growth in the hiring rate, which rose from 18% to 28%. Technology (48%) is the top industry despite facing a drastic 16% loss in hiring rates. The demand for Real Estate, rose by 4%.

Healthcare observed a 2% rise in the hiring rate, whereas Consumer Package Goods lost 2%.

Consulting industry has the highest median base salary of $175,000, but Technology Industry offers the highest Median sign-On Bonus of $40,000.  Salary or other compensation has yet to be revealed for other industries.

Kellogg MMM MBA Salary by Function (2022)

Consulting (24%) and Technology (41%) serve as the top functions for the Kellogg MMM Full-Time program. Consulting and Finance/Accounting Finance observed 6% and 2% growth in hiring rates. However, General Management and Marketing Sales Function shows a 2% and 5% loss in hiring rates, respectively.

Consulting received the highest median base salary as well as the total salary. But the highest median sign-on bonus was secured by both Technology functions. Despite having a low median base salary of $1,52,250, the Technology function had the highest median sign-on bonus of $36,000.

Kellogg 1-year MBA Salary by Locations (2022)

98% of the Kellogg MBA grads were placed in the United States, with a maximum of 51% in the West Coast. 16% were placed in Midwest, whereas 20% secured jobs in the Northeast.

2% of international placements were concentrated in Europe. The median base salary secured by students in international regions was the same but that obtained by students in the US was $160,000. The highest median base salary was in the Midwest, at $175,000.

Bain and Company, The Boston Consulting Group, and McKinsey & Company are the top consulting firms hiring the Full Time MMM program. The other leading firms are Amazon and Google.

Kellogg MMM Career Service Team - Effectiveness (2022)

The majority (73%(of the students, acquired employment through school-facilitated activities. Out of all the school-facilitated facilities, Kellogg Summer employers with 41% is the most effective way for securing employment. 8% of the total job opportunities were grabbed through the on-campus interviews, whereas 15% were secured through Kellogg Job Board Posting.  The total share of students facilitated jobs was 27%, out of which Summer Employer (students initiative) (12%) and External Job Board (8%) were the most valuable sources.
