In January 2025, INSEAD will offer a rich lineup of 11 events for prospective MBA students, with seven in-person and four virtual opportunities to explore the program, connect with alumni, and engage with the INSEAD community.

In-Person Events
On 13 January 2025, prospective students in Rio de Janeiro can attend the MBA & MIM Coffee Chat, an in-person event led by the Assistant Director of INSEAD and an alumni panel, providing insights into the program and career opportunities. The month concludes with two in-person events. On 26 January 2025, the MBA Brunch & Panel Discussion with Alumni includes a panel discussion and networking lunch, hosted by Maria Reis. Finally, on 27 January 2025, Access MBA: Montreal offers one-on-one meetings, alumni panels, and coaching for candidates preparing their applications.

Virtual Events
The month begins with the MBA Ask Us Anything session on 7 January 2025, a virtual event that allows prospective students to interact informally with the INSEAD Degree Programmes team, alumni, and current students through a Q&A session.
For Mandarin-speaking students, Spotlight on China: MBA Experience Sharing on 11 January 2025 is a virtual session offering a program overview and Q&A with alumni.
For a virtual experience, the MBA Virtual Open Day on 15 January 2025 provides an overview of the MBA program led by Jennifer Luo, Head of MBA & MIM Marketing and Recruitment, followed by a live Q&A with alumni and current students.
On 16 January 2025, two events cater to different audiences: the MBA Information Session and Alumni Panel in-person, led by Marina Zafra, offers insights into the MBA curriculum and admissions, while the Spotlight on North America session is a virtual event exploring international MBA opportunities.
On-Campus Events
On 10 January 2025, INSEAD will offer its MBA & MIM Friday Campus Tour on both the Europe and Asia campuses. These in-person events, led by student ambassadors, provide participants with an opportunity to explore the campus and ask questions about the MBA program.
The Open Day with Faculty Masterclass on 14 January 2025 on the Asia campus is an in-person event featuring a faculty-led session, networking with alumni, and a Q&A.
