In December 2025, INSEAD is offering a concise schedule of two MBA-related events, consisting of one virtual event and one in-person event, giving prospective applicants both flexible online access and an opportunity to experience the campus environment firsthand.
In-Person Events and MBA Tours
The in-person event is scheduled for 19 December in Fontainebleau, where INSEAD will host an MBA & MIM Friday Campus Tour. Led by a student ambassador, this campus visit allows participants to explore the Fontainebleau campus, ask admission-related questions, and gain firsthand insight into student life and the INSEAD MBA experience.

It is easy to comment, but it is tough to structure the essay from the perspective of the applicant and turn the essay into a winning application essay.

A big part of editing and guiding applicants is in educating them about the culture of the school
Some schools have very ‘specific’ traits that they are looking for in an applicant.
If you don’t highlight them and lean towards general leadership or cultural narratives, the essay won’t work.

Question 1: Provide a summary of your career since graduating from university, explaining the rationale behind your key decisions and career progression. Include a description of your current (or most recent) role, covering the scope of your work, major responsibilities, employees under your supervision, budget size, clients/products, and any notable results achieved. (500 words)
Question 2: Describe your short and long-term career aspirations, including your target geography, industry, and function. How do you plan to bridge the gap between your current position and these goals, and how will INSEAD help you achieve them? (300 words)
Question 3: Give a candid description of yourself as a person and a leader, emphasising the strengths and weaknesses you recognise in yourself. Explain how you are actively working on your development, sharing key experiences that have shaped you, providing specific examples where relevant. (500 words)
Question 4: Describe a highly stressful situation you faced and how you managed it. What did this experience teach you about yourself and your interactions with others? (400 words)
Virtual Events
The virtual event takes place on 16 December and is titled Essential Tips for Your MBA Application. In this session, prospective students can engage with INSEAD admissions leaders to understand what the school looks for in successful applicants. The workshop provides structured guidance on crafting a strong application, including insights into evaluation criteria and practical advice across different stages of the admissions process.
