In August 2024, the INSEAD MBA program has a total of 16 events, including 2 virtual and 14 in-person sessions, offering prospective students multiple opportunities to engage with the program.
Coffee Chats – International Locations
The month kicks off with in-person "MBA & MIM Coffee Chats" in Rio de Janeiro (August 5) and São Paulo (August 7), where prospective students can meet the assistant director and alumni to learn about the INSEAD MBA program and ask questions. These Coffee Chats are also scheduled in Santiago on August 12. Additionally, INSEAD will participate in "The MBA Tour" in São Paulo (August 8) and Santiago (August 10), providing another platform for prospective students to connect with top MBA programs.
Forte – Women MBA Applicants
The "Forté MBA Forum," which is a recurring event aimed at empowering women at various career stages, will be held across several cities: Washington (August 12), Chicago (August 13), Boston (August 15), San Francisco (August 22), Toronto (August 26), and New York (August 27-28). Each forum provides opportunities to connect with admissions representatives, hear from successful alumnae, and expand professional networks.

Virtual Open Day
On August 15, INSEAD will host an, "MBA Virtual Open Day," where Jennifer Luo, Head of MBA & MIM Marketing and Recruitment, will give an overview of the program, followed by a live Q&A session with alumni and current students. Another virtual event, the "ROMBA Prospective MBA Admissions Summit" on August 21, focuses on networking and panels with school admissions officers, particularly supporting LGBTQ+ candidates.
On-Campus Event
For those interested in an on-campus experience, "MBA & MIM Friday Campus Tours" are scheduled on August 23 at both the Europe and Asia Campuses, led by student ambassadors who will provide insights into the MBA program and answer admissions-related questions.
In-Person Events
Lastly, on August 28, there will be an in-person "MBA & EMBA Lunch & Learn" event in New York City, where participants can engage in roundtable discussions with alumni and the assistant director of INSEAD, gaining deeper insights into the MBA admissions process and the student experience.
