In September 2025, Harvard Business School (HBS) will host a total of 20 MBA events, comprising 7 virtual sessions and 13 in-person sessions across its campus and abroad.
In-Person Events
The in-person events largely center on experiencing the HBS learning environment firsthand. Multiple Experience the HBS Case Method: Class Visits will take place on September 11, 12, 15, 18, 19, 22, 25, 26, and 29, where prospective students can sit in on a class session.
The MBA Program Open House will be hosted on September 12, 19, and 26, including a campus tour and admissions discussion. Additionally, on September 24, HBS will host an Information Session in London, offering international applicants the chance to meet the admissions team and connect with alumni.

It is easy to comment, but it is tough to structure the essay from the perspective of the applicant and turn the essay into a winning application essay.

A big part of editing and guiding applicants is in educating them about the culture of the school
Some schools have very ‘specific’ traits that they are looking for in an applicant.
If you don’t highlight them and lean towards general leadership or cultural narratives, the essay won’t work.

On September 23, Student Insights: Life at HBS will allow current students to discuss their experiences. September 24 will feature two events: the Virtual Forté MBA Forum and 2+2 Alum Insights: AMA Edition, where prospective students can learn about the MBA and the 2+2 program directly from alumni and students.
On September 29, Peek into Business Careers for Science Students will highlight opportunities for science majors, followed on September 30 by Admissions Overview and Q&A, offering guidance on the program and application process, and Peek into Business Careers for Engineering Students, tailored to engineering undergraduates.
