Georgetown University’s Executive Master’s in Leadership (EML) program

Georgetown University’s Executive Master’s in Leadership (EML) program is unique program targeted for professionals with a minimum of 8 years, and an average of 15 years, in professional leadership experience.

EML program is draws on the lessons of leadership in fields ranging from business and ethics to international relations, public policy, and behavioral sciences.

Duration: 13 months

All students participate in three residencies, including one consulting project conducted abroad Capetown, South Africa in 2009). Held at the beginning, middle, and end of the program, each residency challenges students to integrate and apply their experience and learning in simulated and actual leadership scenarios.

Classes are held every other weekend – on Fridays from 1:00 pm-8:30 pm and on Saturdays from 8:30 am-4:30 pm – on the Georgetown University campus in Washington, D.C.
