HEC Paris EMBA: Leadership Curriculum (Analysis)

The HEC Paris Executive MBA program is structured over 18 months, encompassing four key learning components: Core Courses, Leadership Development, Specializations, and a Capstone Project. 

Leadership Development 

A cornerstone of the program is the cultivation of leadership skills, both within the classroom and through specialized seminars, to equip graduates with the ability to lead with purpose and effectiveness.

Seminars, Labs, and Experiential Learning  

An annual highlight is the Outdoor Leadership Seminar, where participants are pushed beyond their comfort zones, learning to motivate teams amidst unconventional challenges like building bridges or scaling high walls. 

The Outdoor Leadership Seminar (OLS), not only tests decision-making and leadership prowess but also serves as a networking platform, uniting all participants from different tracks and locations.

The seminar's blend of physical and mental challenges a deeper understanding of leadership dynamics, with constructive feedback aiding continuous improvement. Through this immersive experience, students emerge not only as adept leaders but also as adept team players, ready to navigate challenges with confidence and resilience.
