TRIUM EMBA: Leadership Curriculum (Analysis)

The leadership stream is structured around three pillars: academic frameworks, experience sharing, and applied leadership in action, integrated across the six modules of the TRIUM EMBA program.

How does the 3-campus structure help TRIUM with leadership development?

The TRIUM EMBA program draws on the unique strengths of each participating institution. NYU Stern brings expertise in global business and finance, LSE offers insights into economics, politics, and social sciences, while HEC Paris contributes its knowledge in management and leadership. By integrating these diverse perspectives, TRIUM EMBA provides participants with a comprehensive understanding of complex global issues, enhancing their ability to navigate diverse leadership challenges.

Are there any experiential learning programs to develop leadership skills at TRIUM EMBA?

The Capstone Project serves as a real-world application of leadership abilities, allowing participants to apply newly acquired knowledge and skills in a live business setting. Although there are many initiatives, typically most projects fit into one of three main categories: the reorganization and/or strategic development of an established business, nonprofit, or social enterprise, the creation of a fresh, profit-driven enterprise, and  the creation of a brand-new social enterprise or nonprofit organization.

Some of the selected Capstone Projects from the past include Design Duality, which connected independent tailors with global markets; Fix, which was a meal kit delivery service; and Argencove, which provided artisan chocolate and cocoa from the plains of Nicaragua.

Integral to the program is personalized leadership coaching provided by experienced coaches curated for their expertise in working with TRIUM-caliber executives. Through one-on-one coaching sessions, participants receive tailored support to address their leadership challenges and develop personalized growth plans throughout the program's duration.

By synthesizing academic insights, experiential learning, real-world application, and personalized coaching, the TRIUM EMBA program ensures that participants emerge as transformational leaders equipped to navigate complex global challenges and drive positive change in their organizations and communities.
