In August 2024, Harvard Business School (HBS) will host 31 events across various formats. Out of these, 12 are virtual, and 19 are in-person and on-campus.
Virtual Events
The month begins with several virtual events on August 6th, including the “HBS & HKS Joint Degree Q&A” focusing on the MBA/MPP and MBA/MPA-ID programs, and the “JD/MBA Information Session with HBS and HLS” which provides an overview of the joint degree program and features a student panel. On the same day, the “Life at HBS Chat with Current Students” will give prospective students insights into the HBS experience directly from current students.
The month wraps up with the “Admissions Overview and Q&A” on August 22nd, offering a detailed presentation on the HBS admission process, and “The ROI of Harvard Joint Degrees” on August 20th, highlighting the benefits of joint degree programs.
São Paulo
August 7th features two in-person events in São Paulo: the “HBS Information Session” and the “Women’s Lunch and Conversation,” offering prospective students the chance to engage with local alumni and learn more about the HBS community.
Campus Tour
The “MBA Program Open House,” scheduled for August 2nd and 9th, will provide an opportunity to tour the campus and discuss the MBA program in detail.
Women MBA
Several Forté Forums are also planned, including those in Washington D.C. (August 12th), Chicago (August 13th), Atlanta (August 14th), Boston (August 15th), Los Angeles (August 19th), and Seattle (August 21st). These forums are designed to empower women across various career stages by connecting them with admissions representatives and successful alumnae.

Global Tours
Additionally, HBS will hold information sessions in multiple global locations: Santiago (August 8th), Lima (August 12th), Bogotá (August 13th), Medellin (August 14th), Kampala (August 15th), Shanghai (August 16th), and Boston (August 21st), where prospective applicants can learn about the Harvard MBA program and connect with local alumni.
