ISB PGP Essay Tips 2014Indian School of Business (ISB) has released the essays for 2014-15 admission cycle. The total word count of essays is 800 words, with three essays. For this year, the essays cover a broader range of topics: Innovation, “Why ISB”, “Change”, “Self-Improvement”, “Teamwork”, “Contribution in ISB Community”. The strategy here is to pick the right option for Essay 3 as the word limit is a mere 200 words or roughly three paragraphs of 4-5 sentences each. Essay 1 and 2 have 300 word- limit. In this article, we will cover tips and strategies to answer the ISB PGP Essays.

ISB PGP Essay 1. Innovation or doing things differently it is said is a key to future success. Could you substantiate or negate this idea based on your experience. Please provide examples from your own experience - either examples of your own innovation or examples of others whom you have worked with. (300 words max)

ISB PGP Essay Tip: First of all, you have to agree with the statement that Innovation is the key to future success but you can also mention how consistent performance through well-structured processes is also an integral part of success in any organization.

Don’t cite some other person’s experience, but look into your work experience for the past 3-5 years, and cite all examples where you have done things differently.
