Starting July 1st, Nitin Nohria, a leadership and organizational
professor, will take the new role of Harvard Business School’s dean
from Dean Jay Light. Mr. Nohria says his primary focus area would be
ethics in business. He has been an open critic of management education
and the leaders it produces.
Another challenging issue for Mr. Nohria would be to address the
school's falling endowment, which has lost more than $10 billion from
$37 billion in 2008
