David Soberman, a marketing professor at the University of Toronto’s Rotman School of Management, has been named the winner of the best marketing case study in the 2010 ecch European Case Awards. Ecch European Case Awards have been presented by ecch annually since 1991 to provide formal recognition and exposure for successful case authors and their institutions and to raise the profile of the case method of teaching. Awards are made in up to nine management categories, plus one overall winning case for each year. London Business School won the overall award for the third time in the history of the Awards with a case study on Red Bull. Ecch is the largest single source of management case studies in the world, with more than 63,000 items in its catalogue.

Vineeth: Oh yeah! The study method consists of a good mix of case studies and classroom lectures. The number and quality of contacts that MIP has in the business world is impressive.

To top it all- MIP is truly international. In my class we had more than 20 different nationalities. The diversity and different experiences makes for testing times during discussions.
